After I receive your answers, we will meet in person, on the phone, or on Zoom to review your answers together. During our complimentary consultation, I will explain the process of creating an estate plan and answer any questions you may have. I will comfortably guide you through the process and provide options and explanations as needed depending on your circumstances.

The estate plan includes all recording fees and title fees for real property, and includes all documents needed to avoid future probate court involvement, as well as avoid many other potential problems when something happens to you.

I will also create and record the necessary documents to properly place your home, and any other real estate you own, into your trust. I will also provide instruction and future support on placing all your other assets into the Trust to completely protect your assets from going through the court probate process.

After I draft the preliminary draft of all documents, which I will provide to you within 15 days or less, we will meet again at your convenience to review the documents together as I explain all the details, answer all your questions, and make any alterations to the preliminary documents as you may desire.

After you approve all the documents, we will schedule a meeting with a notary at my office to sign all the documents. I will then scan and create a digital backup copy of all the completed documents. When completed you will receive an organized estate plan folder with all original documents as well as a digital backup copy of the entire estate plan.

After we have finished with your estate plan you can continue to contact my office with any questions and I will assist you with these questions at no charge.
